A little over 18 months ago, we opened the doors to The Clubhouse and Poolhouse at The Botanic Silverdale. This vibrant, welcoming space features a café, 20 meter pool, sauna, gym, and spa. Since day one, it’s been the social hub of our growing retirement village.
Fast forward to today, and we’re proud to see this beautiful space gaining recognition beyond our community. Since its official opening in October 2023, the Clubhouse and Poolhouse has picked up several awards, a testament to the vision of Pacific Environments Architects (PENZL), the interior design expertise of Space Studio, and the craftsmanship led by MAKO Commercial.

- 2024 Best Awards – Gold Pin, Health & Wellbeing
- 2024 NZCBIA Excellence Awards – Excellence in Design (Commercial)
- 2024 Property Council Awards – Merit, Tourism & Leisure Property
