Matvin Group designed and built Kumeu Central from the ground up. The greenfield site was developed to meet a growing demand for high grade commercial premises in one of Auckland’s fastest growing regions.

The 3,345m² site has 1,723m² of net lettable floor area, and is anchored by multinational brands Anytime Fitness and Burger King Restaurants as well as Northwest Medical.
